The reply-by date has passed and a few guests are still quiet. The simplest fix is a short, warm message with a new date. Here are two templates to copy.

Hi [Name]! Just a little reminder about our wedding on [date]: could you let us know by [date] if you can make it? Can't wait to see you!
By email
Hi [Name], we're finalising numbers and the seating plan with our caterer. Could you let us know by [date] if you can join us? Please also tell us about any dietary needs or allergies.
How to use them well
- Replace the details in square brackets and add something personal.
- Always give a new reply-by date: a clear deadline is more likely to be met.
- Use the channel each guest uses: text for close friends, email for everyone else.
- Log every reply as soon as it arrives, so you never ask twice.
